We're upgrading our authentication database as part of ongoing reliability work on the Vapi platform.

What to expect

• Most of this window is prep and verification. The part customers actually notice should only last a few minutes.

• During those few minutes, requests that create or change account-level resources may briefly fail. That includes starting new calls and making organization or subscription changes.

• Signing in, API key authentication, and read requests are not affected and will keep working throughout.

• Calls already in progress won't be interrupted.

• Any request that fails is safe to retry. Standard client retries will go through once the window closes.

• No data will be lost, and there's nothing you need to do.
